The apartment is located in the 9th district in the so-called “Servitenviertel” which is very popular and nice to live (there are many very nice restaurants/bars and outside spaces around, supermarkets and shopping facilities). It is very central, just next to the first district, 3min walk to the metro station "Rossauer Lände" and 3min walk to the Danube Canal (nice area for leisure activities like jogging/cycling/relaxing/eating/drinking). Severeal trams and buses within 5 minutes walk. Franz Josef Bahnhof nearby. The apartment is close to Sigmund Freud Museum, Palais Liechtenstein, Lycee Francais and there are three Universities nearby, The University of Economics can be reached within 15-20 minutes It faces the inner court of the building and is therefore very quiet. The one-room apartment is in the 3rd floor (no elevator), very bright, with bathroom/kitchen, it is completely new renovated and has a new stylish interior. There is a dishwasher, stove & oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, cooking and eating utensils and a washing machine. It is an old building flat, so-called "Gründerzeithaus" which means there are high walls, hinged doors and wooden parquet flooring. The rent is 1.290 € per month including all costs ( internet and energy/heating/warm water). In case of two guests in the apartment, there is an extra charge of 150,- per month.
