Description

Perfect location: 10 minutes walk to WU (Vienna University of Economics) and 3 minutes walk to the subway-station which brings you in 10 Minutes to the centre of Vienna. Room for rent in a newly (2019) renovated 3-bedroom aparment. Available for rent from 01.03.2023. All utilities are included in the rental price (gas, water, electricity and super-fast internet). You have comfortable floor heating in your room with your own thermostate. The room comes fully furnished with a desk next to the window, a cozy armchair, a spacious wardrobe, a beanbag and a comfy bed (80 cm; can be extended to 160 cm). The height of the rooms (more than 3 meters!) makes them very spacious. Bedsheets and towels are also provided, so you can move in right away. The common area includes a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a table where you can sit and dine with your roommates if you like. A spacious bathroom with shower and 2 washbasins, a separate toilet and a closet with washing mashine are also shared with your 2 roomies. The apartment is located in the ground floor, and it's very close not only to the university, but also to the subway and to green areas: 800 meters to WU (Vienna University of Economics); 300 meters to subway U1; 100 meters to next supermarket; 100 meters to a market (fish, meat, vegetable, flowers, ...); 900 meters to Danube Island I'm available for any questions...

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
