Ideal für AustauschstudentInnen - Nur Nichtraucher! Ein ca. 10 m2 Zimmer in 63 m2 WG zur Untermiete zu vergeben. Neue Holzküche mit Essmöglichkeit, Geschirrspüler und neue Gastherme. Bad mit Badewanne und extra Toilette. Wohnzimmer zum Mitbenutzen (ca 3 -4 mal pro Monat benutze ich es als Schlafraum). Waschküche im Nachbarhaus zur Mitbenützung. Sehr ruhige und grüne Gartenlage nahe der BOKU mit Balkon. Verkehrsmöglichkeit: 41er in 5 min Entfernung, Nachtbus, 30 min zum Stadtzentrum, 15 min Waldnähe. Über mich: ich wohne in Linz und bin nur 3-4 mal in Wien zur Übernachtung in der Wohnung. Es gibt ein weiteres Zimmer, das vermietet ist, dh ihr wohnt die meiste Zeit zu zweit....

We call this a Daily contract type. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent.
