#2 bedroom apartment with private terrace This 55 m2 apartment consists of 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. Additionally, it has a 12 m2 terrace. Elterleinplatz with numerous shops and cafés and good public transport connection is not too far away. From there you can reach Ringstraße which is surrounding the historic center in about 10 minutes. The security deposit of € 1,100 is for a rent of 3 months or less. For a rent which is longer than 3 months, it‘s € 2,200. Please be aware that your reservation will not be concluded with me, but with the respective owners of the apartments. The cleaning fee will be charged by me directly...
