First floor apartment on a quiet street near S-Bahn train station Wien Strebersdorf and tram station 26 Rußbergstraße. The kitchen is fully equiped, the bathroom newly renovated and you'll have a great connection to public transport that takes you into the city centre in 30 minutes and to the airport in 50 minutes. Comfy 1,60 x 2m bed & sofa bed WiFi & TV(HDMI) A grocery store is right around the corner Parking spots are in front of the building We look forward to welcome you! Your hosts, Matthias & Kristina EXTRA INFO: The kitchen is fully equipped(fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, oven, water boiler, toaster, wafflemaker!). Tea and coffee(Nespresso machine and french press) is available. The bathroom has all the essentials and fresh towels and bed sheets are provided. The only shared area is the laundry room in the basement. Laundry fee is 50cents/machine load. There is a bicycle/baby buggy storage room in the ground floor. Kristina & I only live 5 minutes away, so if you have any problems, we will be there for you. Normally we will welcome you personally. Should you arrive very early or late or if we have an important appointment or if you simply prefer to you can check in with a lock box. It's very quiet and safe. The Donauinsel and Marchfeldkanal are nearby and are perfect to take a walk/run or to bike. Train station "Strebersdorf" and tram station 26 "Rußbergstraße" are right around the corner. Bus station 32A and 850 are also right there...
