Life happens here, there's always something new round the corner, you meet all kinds of interesting people here and you better watch out for doggy-do.. shit happens ;) You find cafés, bars, restaurants, clubs und all kinds of shops.. Also a supermarket, bakery and the typical Berlin "Späti" (late night mini-market) are just around the corner. On Boxhagener Platz every Saturday the weekly market takes place and on Sundays it's flee market. The "Traveplatz" (a little park 2 minutes walk from the apartment) is a popular meeting place for families, sun lovers and ping-pong-players. ***Traffic Linkage*** The connection to public transport couldn't be better! Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen Tisch zum Essen/Arbeiten, eine gemütliche Couch und einen Balkon zur Straße für sonnige Mittagsstunden. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (160x220) und einem großen Kleiderschrank ausgestattet und liegt hofseitig, sodass es absolut ruhig ist. Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster und eine Badewanne. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit allen notwenigen Geräten (Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine) und ausreichend Geschirr und Töpfen. Zudem steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Zur Ausstattung gehören auch W-LAN, Flachbild-TV, Stereoanlage und diverse Musikinstrumente, die gerne gespielt werden dürfen ;) *** Die Nachbarschaft*** Friedrichshain ist das wahre Berlin!
