Spacious and modern two bedroom apartment in Vienna This 54 sqm apartment can accommodate six people. It has two bedrooms with double beds. The apartment is located on the third floor, without an elevator. The living room has a sofa bed and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal! The bathroom has a shower and washing machine. A seperate toilet is available. The apartment is located in the 14th district of Vienna. The location of the apartment is well served to reach the city center. By subway you drive 12 minutes to the center. Schönbrunn Palace is close and invites you to walk. Additional points of interest include the city center, the Sisi Museum, Kunsthistorisches Museum, Natural History Museum, the Hundertwasser House, (hidden) to the apartment is the S-BAHN trainstation Breitensee. Shopping street Hütteldorferstraße is closeby, where you will find nice coffee shops, bars, restraurants and, a super market. It takes a three minutes walk to the next trainstation station, Breitensee. It takes about 20-30 minutes to the citycenter. We provide per person one clean towel, bed sheets and basic equipement for cooking and washing. A public parking space is available nearby at 1300m (15min walk). This costs 3.60 euros per day. Search for Park and Ride Garage (Huttengasse 41, 1160 Wien) Its just one subway stop away. In District 14 short term parking zone is valid. The monthly rental price excludes the costs for internet, gas and electricity. Internet costs are 25 euros. The costs for gas is between 100 and 200 euros, depending on your usage.
