Die Einrichtung ist sehr funktionell und gemütlich. Man kann sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Der Naschmarkt, Wiens größter Spezialitätenmarkt liegt vor der Haustüre. Dort kann man bei unzähligen Lokalen einkehren und sehr gut Essen und Trinken, oder man kauft bei einem der zahlreichen Standler ein. Wien`s Zentrum ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Karlsplatz, Staatsoper, Kärntnerstraße, der Ring, um nur einige zu nennen. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie U-Bahnen und Straßenbahnen sind ganz in der Nähe. Die TU Wien ist unser Nachbar. Die monatliche Miete von € 1.500,-- inkludiert Heizung, Strom, Betriebskosten, WLAN und GIS Gebühr. Es steht die gesamte Wohnung zur Verfügung. Sie liegt im 4. Stock. Es gibt einen Lift....
