Comfortable room in shared house This 20 sqm room offers a large bed and desk, very good internet connection and a printer. The room is located on the first floor of a country house. The house is clean and quite. On the first floor, three bedrooms, a living room and two bathrooms are located. The bedrooms offer space for a total of four people per room. The living room has comfortable armchairs to relax in. The bathrooms have a shower and a nice bath that are shared with other housemates. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal! The house is located on a main street of the village and next to a church. At 7am the bells of the church are ringing. Sometimes the rooster crows in the morning. Loipersbach is a traditional village in Austria. In Loipersbach an outdoor swimming pool is available. The next big supermarket (Billa) is in the next village Schattendorf and Rohrbach, seven minutes away by car. The house is a really good place to do sightseeing in Burgenland or a trip to Vienna or Bratislava. Location Loipersbach is 20 minutes away from Sopron and Eisenstadt. It takes 70 minutes by train and and 45 minutes by car to go to Vienna. The monthly rent is excluding the water usage. Fresh towels, sheets, free parking space, fast internet connection and utils for a barbecue in the garden are provided. The extra cost for one person coming over is 1.50 euros per day.
