(option of extending once) - for job change, exchange students, sabbatical etc THE APARTMENT: The flat (70m2) is located in a newly built house (lift) with a new kitchen, modern bathroom and floor heating (on the 5th floor). All windows and the large balcony (6m2) face to a very quite and light courtyard. The apartment is fully equiped for the needs of guests, who want to stay for half a year (towels, bed covers, fully equiped kitchen, storage room with vacuum cleaner...). ROOMS: 2 bedrooms - (1 with a double bed (hidden) with a single bed (90x200cm) can be used as an workspace) 1 Livingroom and fully equipes kitchen 1 storage-room 1 balcony WASHING MACHINE: New washing machines and dryers can be used in the laundry room in basement of the building (see the pictures). PUBLIC TRANSPORT & more: Public Busses (11A or 11B) take you every 4-5 minutes quickly to the close metro station (U1 or U6). In front of the house: Supermarket, busstop and runners paradise (along the Danube) COSTS: Rental costs (including internet): 1300 Euro Not included: Electricity (estimated 35 Euro / month, you will need to have an own contract) Heating & warm water (150 Euro / month can be paid to the landlord on top of the rent) CLEANING: At the end of your stay you can clean the apartment on your own (leave it like you found it) or you have to pay a final fee of 100 Euro...
