Fast Internet connection. The apartment is equipped with central heating. Heating costs (not included) depend on consumption. During the winter season the heating costs must be added (about 250 euros per month from November to April). In case of renting for more than two people, an extra monthly fee may be applied The location of the apartment is very popular, because despite being in an area full of shops, bars, restaurants, it is very quiet as it is inside the courtyard.
