There is a new kingsize bed (1,80 m x 2m). It has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. It has a nice large bad with a bathtub. A nice big balcony is also for you to enjoy. A TV and free WiFi are included. On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 98.00 per week possible. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet. Ein großer schöner Balkon gehört auch zur Wohnung. Ein Fernseher und kostenloses Wlan stehen auch zur Verfügung. Auf Wunsch ist ein wöchentlicher Putz-, Handtuch- und Bettwäscheservice für € 98,00 pro Woche möglich. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, trotzdem ist man schnell im Zentrum des Geschehens. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie eine Vielfalt an gastronomischen Angeboten aller Art sind in naher Umgebung zu erreichen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf finden sich direkt am Friesenplatz in der Nähe des Apartments. Vom nahe gelegenen Friesenplatz oder aber auch vom Bahnhof West aus fahren U-Bahnlinien bzw. Straßenbahnlinien zu allen wichtigen Zielen Kölns. (Haltestelle: Christophstraße/Mediapark) City-Tax: die Stadt Köln erhebt seit 01.12.2014 eine Kulturförderabgabe (Bettensteuer) in Höhe von 5% der Miete.
