Hello, thank you for your interest. Important things first. From my appartment to Vienna Central Station you need in total 30 minutes. It takes max. 5 minutes to get to the train station, the bus stop to FH is right in front of the entrance door and the one to the NDU / WIFI is only 3 minutes away. The town hall square, a cinema, a theater, many shops, cafes and restaurants, a indoor swimming pool are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. About 5 minutes from the apartment is the Kaiserwald (a forest) and the bus to Ratzersdorfer See (a lake) also leaves right in front of the door. The apartment is in a building from the 1800 century, with high rooms and pretty windows. The apartment is about 80 m2 in size, right in the center of St. Pölten and divided into 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, hallway, storage room. There is also a cellar compartment in the basement. Your room is about 12 m2 in size, bright, facing the courtyard, quiet (although you live in the middle of the city) and already completely furnished (bed, box, shelf, desk - everything is there). The two bedrooms of the apartment are far apart - privacy is always guaranteed. The entire apartment is nicely furnished, offers enough space for 2 roommates, two young cats (Agi and Marple) and a young female dog (Vivi). The kitchen is used regularly (with regional, seasonal food mostly at the weekly market, if possible bought without plastic etc.) and there are frequently friends visiting (film evenings, brunch, etc.), because the large living room with Erker (bay window) simply invites you to do so. The room is occupied until the end of September, but can be viewed. My current roommate is also happy to answer any questions. The rent is € 400. If there is anything else you want to know please contact me. KR Denise...
