La habitación es bastante amplia para una persona. Está equipada con cama, escritorio y armario. Es una habitación básica pero muy bien ubicada. La habitación está en un apartamento grande y básico situado en una muy buena zona del centro de Sevilla, muy cerca del Rectorado y de los Jardines de Murillo. Tiene dos cuartos de baño completamente equipados. El salón y la cocina forman las zonas comunes. Si buscas un apartamento muy bien situado pero económico sin lujos podría ser tu elección perfecta. Finalmente, la cocina es bastante amplia, con todos los electrodomésticos necesarios, y además incluye una buena terraza lavadero. IMPORTANTE: además de la renta mensual, cada inquilino debe abonar una cuota fija mensual de 25,00 € que incluye el consumo de agua, comunidad e Internet.
