Suche freundliche Halbjahres-Mieter für meine gemütliche Wohnung :) In einer ruhigen Gasse um die Ecke vom Franz Josef Bahnhof ist sie zentral gelegen und ausgezeichnet angebunden. Die Supermärkte haben Sonntags- und Feiertags geöffnet und bieten lange Öffnungszeiten. Die Universität Wien ist nur wenige Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt, aber auch andere Institute wie die WU sind leicht erreichbar. Das Stadtzentrum und Nachtleben kann innerhalb weniger Straßenbahnstationen erreicht werden und ist auch mit der U-Bahn nachts leicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist für Einzelpersonen, aber auch für Paare und stubenreine Haustiere gut geeignet. Die Möbel sind in einem guten Zustand, die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und (ebenso wie das Bad) frisch renoviert, es gibt 2 getrennte Toiletten und ein getrenntes Schlafzimmer. Die große Couch und das bequeme Doppelbett ermöglichen es, Besuch zu empfangen. Die Fenster gehen alle in den Innenhof und bieten damit optimale Ruhe, Straßenverkehr ist nicht zu hören. Zum Schlafen ermöglichen die Jalousien absolute Dunkelheit (wenn gewünscht). Die Miete inkludiert alle Nebenkosten wie das Gas und Strom, sowie die Nutzung der Möbel. Internet und TV ist selbst zu installieren und zu bezahlen. Ein SmartTV ist vorhanden. Bei weiteren Fragen, zögert nicht mir zu schreiben. Ich freue mich auf euch! Looking for a friendly half-year tenant for my cozy apartment :) In a quiet street around the corner from Franz Josef train (hidden website) is centrally located and excellently connected. The supermarkets are open on Sundays and holidays and have long opening hours (unusual for Austria). The University of Vienna is just a few minutes away by tram, but other institutes such as the WU are also easily accessible. The city center and nightlife can be reached within a few tram stops and is also easily accessible by subway at night. The apartment is well suited for individuals, but also for couples and clean pets. The furniture is in good condition, the kitchen is fully equipped and (just like the bathroom) freshly renovated, there are 2 separate toilets and a separate bedroom. The large couch and the comfortable double bed make it possible to receive visitors. The windows are all in the patio (inner court) and thus provide optimal peace, traffic is not heard. For sleeping, the blinds allow absolute darkness (if desired) The rent includes all utilities such as gas and electricity and the use of all furnitures.
