The flat has been renovated completely and is well suited for 2 students or a couple with a child. There are two big rooms to be entered separately one of which has a small balcony showing to west. The other room is on east side. There is a fully equiped living kitchen with dining table and a cupboard. One bathroom with shower, wash basin, washing machine and toilette and a corridor at the entrance with shoe cabinet and coat hangers. The two rooms are furnished with double bed or sleeping sofa, cupboards and chair. It is located 10 minutes from technical university in Vienna as well as city centre with opera and Karlsplatz as well as in walking distance to the main railway station...
