The 57 m2 apartment in the second district is perfectly located for students at Vienna Business School (WU). WU is within walking distance (1,5 km), it will take you roughly 6-7 min with a bike to get there. If you prefer to use public tranport, there is a metro station close by (7 min walk). What's more, there is a bus station just in front of the house - with buses operating at 10 min intervals - that connects you to Praterstern (a public transport hub) within a 10 min ride. The apartment is located on the first floor (elevator available, but not really necessary), was renovated in 2012, and offers a gorgeos reverside view. Wifi and cable TV are available and allready included in the total rent. The sunny living room features a couch that can be turned into a double bed - in case you want to offer guests the opportunity to stay for a few days. The kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, including a hearth with 4 Ceran fields, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee mashine & coffee grinder, toaster, grill, mixer, and dishes for 4 persons. There is also a small extra table for two people. The bathroom features a new (added 2013) shower with glass walls and ample space. There is also a washing mashine. The toilet is situated in a separate room. The bedroom (queen size double bed) has windows opening to the backyard of the house. It is very quiet, so that you can enjoy sleeping with open windows...
