Ich suche eine eine nette Mitbewohnerin (bevorzugt Nichtraucherin und Katzenliebhaberin da ich eine Katze besitzen), die ab 1.Sep (geht aber auch ab sofort) ein Zimmer sucht. Die Wohnung ist an einer zentralen, ruhigen Lage, angrenzend an der äußeren Mariahilferstraße und zu Fuß erreichbar von den U-Bahnlinien U3 & U6 (Westbahnhof ca.15min) und U4 (Schönbrunn & Meidlinger Hauptstraße ca.7min). Zusätzlich sind in 2 Gehminuten die Straßenbahnlinien 52, 58 und der 57A Bus erreichbar. Ich lebe in einer schönen und freundlichen 3 Zimmer - Dachgeschoßwohnung mit Lift, großer Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, Badezimmer mit Wanne und Waschmaschine, WC mit Waschbecken, Abstellraum. Drucker und W-LAN sind selbstverständlich auch vorhanden. Das noch freistehende Zimmer, ist etwa 15 qm groß und voll möbliert, aber je nach Bedarf kann man auch gerne eigene Möbel mitnehmen. Zu meiner Person: Ich bin Studentin, 36, sehr offen, brauche jedoch viel Ruhe, da ich sehr viel lerne und arbeite, aber ich freue mich über abendliche Gespräche und ein gemeinsames Abendessen. Die monatlichen Kosten betragen 600 € (inklusive allem). Die einzige Anforderung am Anfang wäre eine Kaution von 2 Monatsmieten. Bei Interesse einfach melden....

How rent is calculated
Daily basis
This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel.
