The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood next to supermarkets, shops and buses. You are at just 5 min from Schuman, 10 min from the city center and 20min from the VUB. Rooms are priced as of as from 350€ per month. Duration and price vary according to room and availability. Duration min 6 months. For shorter term, ask us for our conditions. The house is very clean and calm. Currently there are students, interns and young professionals living in the house. As we live nearby, we make sure we are available whenever you need something. We do our best for our tenants to feel as comfortable as possible. Bathroom is to be shared between two rooms. Separate toilets. Bathroom and toilet is cleaned 1x/week (incuded in charges). Wifi included. Deposit of 2 months is required...
