General information

Campus facilities

EDHEC has not only one, but two academic campuses that are located in Lille and Nice. They both boast modern facilities and world-class equipment. These two campuses host the entirety of EDHEC’s activities, which range from the initial student training to other components like ongoing development and research. There are also campuses dedicated solely to research and training, located in Singapore, London and Paris.

The Lille campus is full of high-end equipment, and it proudly boasts 3,200 m² of sports facilities. These include a dance studio, a swimming pool, a squash court, a sports hall and a gym. With over 20 different sporting activities offered, this is a sports enthusiast’s dream! Plus, there are training sessions led by qualified instructors on a weekly basis. What is really unique about the facilities is that they are open to all students, but to faculty members as well. This ensures that teachers and professors also receive some leisure time, making them more relaxed in the classroom.

While the Nice campus is located right in the middle of the city center, it still offers some great amenities in its sports facilities. These include a gym, a dance studio a djo and more. And as an extra bonus, the university has set up partnerships with many other fitness facilities in the general area. Students may register online to take advantage of all that the sporting facilities has to offer every day of the week, with Thursday afternoon being reserved specifically for these types of activities. The Sport Office offers a sports management team with Sports Managers, all part of a student organization that sets up scheduling for EDHEC’s 7,000 students.

All of these sports are sure to work up an appetite. While the EDHEC offers some dining options on campus, be sure to check out some of the phenomenal eateries in Lille.

Student Associations

EDHC is proud to host over 100 organizations, which is one of its most recognizable perks when looking for a university. One of the biggest strengths of EDHEC is the wide range and diversity of its student organizations. These organizations draw a lot of visibility to the university, and they offer an outlet for motivated students to really shine.

An excellent example is the Course Croisière Edhec, which is the biggest student sailing competition in Europe, completely put together by 60 EDHEC students each year. The Open Up team is the school’s official international office, which takes pride in organizing events and setting up trips and travel all over Europe, often the highlight of an international student’s scholarship time.

If you’re more of a culture vulture, EDHED has got you covered! Become involved in the art association, the movies festival and more. Plus, keep in mind that there are a host of other events, festivals and activities all across the city of Lille. Student associations offer only part of the activities that can be found.
