Hello and welcome to the Casa Pamailan housings. Our large family house contains 2 fully private appartements an a large flatshare for 2 persons. All our housing are fully furnished and have been recently renovated. Vilvoorde has very good communications to Brussels, Mechelen, highways and Airport... Limitations There is a no party & no reception policy in the Casa Pamailan housings. Registration at our address is impossible and it is a non smoking house. Deposit is to be paid cash upon contract signing. Up to 6 months deposit is equal to one month rent, from 6 months the deposit is equal to 2 months rent. All bills included in the rent for a normal and responsable use of water, electricity, heating and internet.
