“I would like to say that it is not acceptable to rent a flat for a long stay and that there is no coat rack or towel rack in the bathroom; that there is nothing to drain the dishes; that the dishwasher is full and we have to take it out, wash again what is not right and put everything back in its place; that a toilet is leaking all the time; that the door of the m(hidden)edroom does not close at all (that costs a lot more to heat the room). And also small details that don't cost anything.”
