Thank you for showing interest in my guest room. I am a language teacher and I work mostly from home. I am coming back from a burnout and often use my free time to just relax at home, watching Netflix. Feel free to ask me questions you may have about me. I’m sure you want a good fit to share living space with. I am looking for a responsible and mature person, and preferably also social and easygoing. I’m a member of Warmshower and long distance bicyclists are welcome to stay here overnight, one night, before they continue their travels. They sleep in the living room. In late spring and early autumn there may be quite a few coming by, the rest of the year only occasionally (summertime I’m often off long distance cycling myself, but in 2024 I’ll be in Gothenburg). In my apartment, I prefer doors to be open daytime (part from when privacy is wished for) and I rarely close my bedroom door daytime. The rent is 470 euro per month, no extra for electricity etc. As a one-time-cost, you make a payment to ME to cover MY admin cost to HousingAnywhere (around 135 euro). There is also a deposit of 500 euro, which you will be re-paid when you leave everything it was when you came. Earliest moving in date is July 1:st. If you want to, and if the room is still available then, you can come visit and see me and the apartment two days before that.
