Dear future guests, For over twenty years we have been offering our guests accommodation where they can arrive and feel comfortable and we are happy to welcome a large number of regular guests. Over the years, a wonderful personal contact has developed with many of them and so our Altschwabing has become a kind of "second home" for many of them. Booked by the universities of Munich, we have professors from all over the world as our guests almost every week, we have been able to welcome many artists (especially cabaret artists!) and we also welcome people who come to us for a few weeks in their search for a permanent home in Munich. We are happy about every new guest we get to know and who shares a few days of his life with us! Like an insider tip, our reception and the rooms are "hidden" on the 2nd floor of a normal apartment building and our highlight, the breakfast terrace, cannot be guessed from the outside and surprises our new guests every time again.
