I'm a Civil Engineer (Highways and Tunnels) and my wife is an Art History Teacher. My family lives on a lake North of Milan, so the apartment was bought for our younger daughter, who attended the "Sacro Cuore Cattolica University" in Milan. Since her graduation (in Foreign Languages and Literatures) the apartment is for rent to temporary female students, normally from Europe or USA. I speak English and French.
