My wife and I are both expats living just outside the most international city in Germany: Berlin. We love the culture of the big city but also enjoy getting out of the country on our own explorations from time to time. While we no longer live directly in the city, we've learned to enjoy the village life, green fields, and slower pace that's possible in Brandenburg.
