We are a Canadian-Swedish couple who chose Marseille as their home base, but orbiting between France and Sweden on a regular basis. William works as a data scientist specialized in the analysis and processing of satellite data, while Emma works on digital transformation strategies and reshaping the patriarchal view of women in the corporate workplace. William spends the little free time he has on his gravel bike, while Emma will be on the lookout for the closest crossfit gym. Together, we spend our time cooking, hunting for rare spices and ingredients, and discover culture through the lens of food.
