I try to provide as much information as possible on the listing so that you don’t miss any details. As your landlord, I have the responsibility to provide you with a good standard of accommodation and service. In return, I expect you to respect your accommodation, your fellow housemates, and the local residents living around you. Please remember, you are renting a room in an ALREADY occupied and communal home with other people already living there AND NOT a Hotel Booking, so expect some imperfections.
