Hello I am a retired ICT professional happily married with Ellen , a still active professor in economics and behaviour studies. We did start rental activities about 15 years ago based creating good ,save and stable facilities and financial trusted living areas for our children ( at that time young university students , currently independent working adults) . The student apartment “Marinestraat 11B Rotterdam “ was created approximately 15years ago. During these past years a 100% capacity utilisation was easily achieved mainly with Dutch students by using the Dutch “kamernet platform”. In 2021 we did an upgradestartup of the apartment with new badroom and new kitchen (2024) and renewed heating and airflow installations and we will proceed with the upgrade during 2026 in fully and good corporation with current tenants.
