The apartments are modern, accessible and cozy, they are located in an area with a great variety of gastronomy, shopping and entertainment. There are four new apartments, on the ground floor, recently built and open concept apartment. Strategically located, next to the beach, and close to everything interesting in Malaga. They are located in a quiet area with little traffic and 100 meters from the beach. Beaches accessible for the disabled with showers, a promenade with an extensive bike path, sand soccer, beach volleyball, open-air gym, ping-pong tables, chess and children's facilities and beach bars to have a beer or eat in the beach.
