You will have seperate entry, shared kitchen and bath. Shared washing facilities. You will also have access to garden and terrasse area with barbeque. I am renting out to int. students - have done for 10 years and it works fine. I am 58 years and live in the house with my partner. Also part of the family is Lulu - 14 year old cairn terrier, so you must be a dog friend....
