Newly reformed ground floor flat with two rooms, kitchen, and bathroom in a house almost on campus, just across the street from the National Museum and entrance to the University of Iceland campus. 5 minutes walk to the city centre. One room has a queen-size bed, and the other one a sofa bed for two. Fully furnished and equipped with access to a room with washing machine on same floor. Tenants can use the terrace, with barbecue facilities, when it is not being used by the owner. Flat is rented out during the two winter terms at the University of Iceland, but not in summer (June–August)....
