We have a cozy studio flat (approximately 39 sqm), a short walk from Chalmers University. - 2 min walk to bus/ tram stop Wavrinskys plats - Less than a 5 min walk to Chalmers. * Note that the flats are furnished, include internet, water, heating, cleaning once a month, and electricity (up to 250 sek monthly) * Deposit one month's rent and rent in advance, so the first month's rent is double. The deposit is refundable. * Tenant is to pay the move-out cleaning fee of 2500 kr when leaving the flat. * The rents are monthly and cannot be adjusted, for example, if a tenant comes on 12th August, they pay for the whole month. Important Information: The first month's rent is payable to HousingAnywhere, and the security deposit must be paid directly to the landlord upon receipt of the rental agreement (before move-in).
