The apartment features highspeed internet, smartlocks on the room doors, two fridge/freezer combinations in the kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, and an oven/stove. 4 separate rooms: 11,5m2, 12m2, 16m2 and 24m2. The rent includes internet, and electricity with reasonable use, i.e. no greenhouse lights, cryptocurrency mining, etc. Water cost is per person. Cleaning cost is only for materials, and not for work. This payment includes dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc. that are common with reasonable use. This room includes a private ~6m2 balcony towards evening sunsets. All rooms include large fixed place wardrobes, and lighting. Well suitable for students as well.
