Standard Apartment 1 Bedroom, is a comfortable apartment for up to three people. Two high quality twin beds and a sofa bed provide peaceful dreams. The comfortable Standard Apartments have a seating area with a widescreen TV and a dining table for two people. All apartments have all the necessary conditions for living. The well-equipped kitchen guarantees the perfect setting for a cooking and conveniently hiding the iron and ironing board, so no need to leave the house with wrinkled shirt. Linen and towels are part of the basic equipment. Free wireless internet is also included. When you leave, you do not have to worry, as the final cleaning is always included in the price. We do not have own parking spaces but residental street parking permit can be obtained from city of Helsinki if officially registered as a residents in Helsinki. This listing’s rent is calculated on a daily basis. For the first and last months of your stay, you’ll only pay for the exact number of days in your rental period — just like a hotel. To confirm your rental, you’ll need to pay one month’s rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from the next month’s rent. We call this a Daily contract type.
