Description

We are renting out a bright and spacious furnished room in large flat close to CBS(2km) and Copenhagen University(3 km). It is a room on 15 m2 in a big 140 m2 apartment in Valby/Copenhagen with public transportation next door. The apartment is newly painted and renovated and is located on the 2th floor of an old building with high ceilings. The room has a new single bed with duvet and pillow. The room includes a desk and chair and several lamps. There is also an armchair with a small coffetable and also a big wardrobe. The rent includes bed linen and bath towels and free Internet. You will have access to a bathroom and a big kitchen with a dinning table, plus washer, dryer and dishwasher. The rent is including free washing and drying of clothes. Free use of dishwasher. You have free access to microwave, kettle, toaster as well to plates, cuttery, glass, bowls, pots and pans. We are a family of 3 people living here, 2 adults in the forties and a 18 year-old boy. Both adults have academic backgrounds. We work as Credit Analyst in a bank and as SoMe Consultant in a course- and coaching company. We also have a small dog - Bichon Havanies (very allergy friendly dog) We would prefer a student between 20-25 years with very good English skills. No smoking. No guests please, and you should take parties elsewhere. You’ll have access to kitchen and bathroom but other rooms in the apartment are private. We expect that you are interested in helping keeping kitchen and bathroom neat and tidy....

How rent is calculated
Half-monthly basis
This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
