The common sitting flat area is directly connected with this room . By move on you have to pay the deposit and the last month rent . The price is for min 6 months rental term. For a short rental (less than 6 mon) adjustment price up is applicable: 300eur/monthly, others you agreed with Landlord before the booking. The registration is not acceptable (n/a) for a short rental term in line with Law regulation. The Government City hall taxes are not including in the rent. The Housinganywhere booking including the first month rent . All further payments (rent, deposit) should be paid directly to the advertiser through bank transfer /cash, as we agreed while booking/check in. Your deposit could be paid by bank transfer in advance to be settled on account by check in moment / only cash at the moment of check in. The method of deposit payment will be the same to be paid back. There is no option in Housing system to pay deposit back via the platform....
