With the metro you are at the Old University and the Inner City within seven minutes. The House was renovated a few years ago, new facade was made as well as new windows installed. In the house there is a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a shared space to store bikes. It is a very green area where you can enjoy walks, biking and skating. With the metro you are within minutes in lively down town. You live near the green Prater where Viennese people come to do sports like running, cycling, skating. A public pool is nearby as weel the river Danube and famous Danube Island where you can swimm in summer and do all kind of sports all year round. A shopping center is nearby as well as a supermarket around the corner. You live in a quite green area, nevertheless there is a metroline in 200 m distance and within 7 minutes drive you are down town. By bus and car you are at the airport within 20 minutes.
