The lease is until August, possibility to shorten the stay is possible if you find a replacement, or it could also be extended. - It is a 3 bedroom flat, in the top floor (5th), pet-friendly (for well-behaved pets), and a huge really sunny room with street views. - It is shared with other 2 young professionals, one girl and one boy (the girl will be moving abroad on January 15th, so her bedroom will also be rented, in case 2 friends want to move together to the flat). The price of the rooms are 163,000 huf + common cost (≈ 12,000 each) + utilities, that are usually pretty low. There are 1 toilet and one bathroom with a new washing machine and dryer.
