Prefer women tenants as I also live in the same house. My younger brother and I are very quiet and clean, we don’t smoke, no alcohol, no parties. We are sober and well organized , we start working early in morning and sleep early at night, and we’re looking for someone similar with similar lifestyle, so that we all feel comfortable living in the same house. It’s a 2 level house with garden and 3 bedrooms and we are only two people in the house. The house is near Tram, Bus, Market and Parks. Lovely area in Antwerp 2020 near Kiel park, abdijstraat market, Den Ter shopping mall etc...

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
