The apartment is approximately 45 m2 and ideal for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed, providing an additional sleeping option if needed. The apartment is fully equipped and includes Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, washing machine and kitchen. One of the highlights is the large balcony, perfect for enjoying the mild Costa Blanca climate. The apartment is located in a well-maintained residential complex with a communal swimming pool, spacious outdoor areas and a mini-golf course. Plenty of parking spaces are also available. 🏖️ The beach is only about a 5-minute walk away. Supermarkets and other shops are also located nearby. Important: The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
