Single Room in Paterna The room includes: -Bed -Closet -Desk -Chair -Nightstand -Central air conditioning The price includes the following services: - Internet - Cleaning of common areas twice a month - Maintenance Responsibility, cleanliness, and respect for the apartment’s rules are required. Common areas include 1 bathroom, a kitchen/dining room, and a laundry area. The apartment has a total of 4 bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom, so the shared bathroom is used by the other 3 bedrooms. It is located in a well-connected area of Paterna. The apartment is near the Paterna Metrovalencia station on Line 2, with direct connections to the city of Valencia, Feria Valencia, and other parts of the metropolitan area. There are also nearby bus stops with connections to the Burjassot-Paterna Campus of the University of Valencia, the UPV, the Tarongers Campus, Burjassot, Manises, and Quart de Poblet. The area has supermarkets, shop 🕒 Check-in Time and Key Pickup Check-ins are handled personally by a staff member, who will provide you with the keys. Once the check-in time has been agreed upon, the maximum wait time is 30 minutes. If you cannot arrive on time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. The fees based on your arrival time are as follows: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM → No additional charge. 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM → €20 (paid in cash to the person greeting you). 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM → €35 (in cash to the person greeting you). After 10:00 PM → €50 (subject to prior confirmation and payable in cash to the person greeting you). ⚠️ Once we agree on an arrival time, the staff will wait for you for a maximum of 30 minutes. If you’re running late, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance. If you don’t show up or notify us in time, rescheduling the person in charge of handing over the keys will incur an additional surcharge depending on the time of availability. 🕒 CHECK-OUT TIMES Please keep your return flight time in mind when planning your check-out: Standard check-out: 10:00 AM (Latest check-out time at no extra charge). Late check-out: Subject to availability.
