Our apartment in the Cadix area in Antwerp is available for a short term rental while we are out of town. Great location close to the MAS, supermarket, bars and restaurants, playgrounds and public transport. Furnished, bright and spacious (around 100m2). It has 2 bedrooms; one with a double bed and one that can function as office or nursery/kids bedroom. The perfect short term solution for a person, couple, family (max 2 small kids), or 2 separate people who know each other well each renting one room. - Duration of stay for a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 12 months. *No domicile possible* - The price inclufes fixed costs (shared building costs, water, gas, electricity, and WiFi). - Equipped with all amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, 6 pit gas oven etc. Get in touch if you want more pictures or details...

How rent is calculated

Half-monthly basis

This listing's rent is calculated on a Half-monthly basis. For your first and last months, if you stay for 14 days or less, you'll pay half that month's rent. If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
