Description

This apartment is located close to the city center at Friedensbrücke directly next to the U4, and several trams. It is a lively neighborhood conveniently surrounded by bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is very close to the canal, perfect for walking and biking. It is also just a ten minute bike ride from the Danube where one can swim in summer. The apartment is currently being used as a music studio, so some of the furniture in the photos are not currently here. The wall decorations will be different, and new furniture will be installed in July, so new photos will be available upon request. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a living room with a sofa, two tables, shelves and audio speakers, and a cozy bedroom with a full sized bed and plenty of storage for clothes....

If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
