I’m renting out my room in Lieven de Key student housing (Rode Kruislaan, Diemen) because I’ll be away during the summer. Rent: €480 per month (all-inclusive: utilities, Wi-Fi, etc.) Great location: 5 min walk to Diemen NS station and tram stop Close to Diemerplein (Albert Heijn, Vomar, Action, HEMA and more) About 25 min by bike to Amsterdam city centre The room will be rented without my personal belongings, as I will take everything with me before leaving. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with one female roommate, but she is rarely home, so you’ll practically have the place to yourself most of the time.
