We are 2 mins from a gym, 3 mins from a grocery store, and 5 mins from Warren Street tube station, which connects you well to the rest of London. Also the beautiful and large Regent's park is just a 10 minute walk away - great for running, or going for a picinic. Despite being very central, the area feels very safe and out building is tucked away, making it feel secure and with little noise pollution....
