The apartment is fully equipped. It is especially ideal for foreign workers. They can move in and they can already live their usual everyday life. What we guarantee: - a nice view of the house’s garden and the Újpest bay from the living room or the balcony, - fully furnished and equipped new apartment (without dishwasher), - you can to move into the apartment and everything is available, - north-facing, bright, cozy apartment equipped with unique meters, - M3 metro and Duna plaza are a few minutes' walk away, - good sports and entertainment opportunities. There is an annual settlement based on consumption (heating, electricity, cold/hot water). The apartment is 40 m2 and has a 7 m2 balcony. I can give you an invoice, if it necessary. Orderly people preferred. So far all my tenants have been satisfied. Ideally, it can be rented for 1 year. A 2-month deposit is required. You can pay in one lump sum that includes all utilities and common costs, or you can pay exactly based on usage. If necessary, it is also possible for a SHORTER RENTAL PERIOD WITH HIGHER RENTAL FEES, which is subject to individual agreement. The prices can be exclude or include bills.
