Die Unterkunft besteht aus drei einzelnen Gästezimmern innerhalb eines Apartments. Sie mieten ein privat abschließbares Zimmer – Küche und Badezimmer werden mit maximal zwei weiteren Gästen geteilt. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche umfassen eine Küchenzeile sowie ein Duschbad mit Waschmaschine. Einmal pro Woche werden Küche, Bad und Flur von uns gereinigt. Jedes Zimmer ist funktional und modern eingerichtet und verfügt über ein Bett mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Beleuchtung, großem Spiegel, Garderobenstange und Kommode. Je nach Verfügbarkeit kann auch das gesamte Apartment gebucht werden (separates Inserat). Das Apartment liegt im Leonhardsviertel – Stuttgarts historischem Altstadtviertel. Kreative Szene, beliebte Restaurants, Bars, Cafés und das Rotlichtmilieu liegen hier friedlich Tür an Tür. Die Straße ist tagsüber eher ruhig, unter der Woche entspannt und am Wochenende lebendiger. Markthalle, Schlossplatz sowie Heusteig- und Bohnenviertel erreichen Sie in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ÖPNV befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür. If you cancel when your move-in date is:
- More than 30 days away – Full refund of first month’s rent
- 30 to 7 days away – 50% refund of first month’s rent
- Less than 7 days away – No refund
How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- Add your supporting documents and payment details to pre-authorize a potential payment.
- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.

Once your rental is confirmed, we’ll share the landlord’s contact info so you can arrange your move-in.

After you arrive, you have 48 hours to check that the place is as you expected. We only send your money to the landlord if everything is okay.
