The neighborhood is lively and well connected with cafés, restaurants, shops and public transport all within easy walking distance. The apartment is ideal for students or young professionals looking for a home in a great central location. Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine. However, this is not an issue, as there are several self-service laundries and dry cleaners within walking distance, located on Ó Street (Bubbles Self Service Laundry), Szófia Street (Vajnóczki Laundry & Dry Cleaner), Vadász Street and Szondi Street. During your stay, two sets of bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and kitchen towels are provided. The rental fee includes a cleaning service, which is carried out on a monthly basis. 🙌🙂 The security deposit is one month's rent for tenants staying 1-3 months, and two month's rent for tenants staying above 3 months.
