We moved into our home in June and will be traveling in January and February. We’re looking for someone to enjoy and care for our bright 2.5-room apartment by Lake Zurich – just move in and feel the lake vibe! Fantastic location: directly on Seestrasse with lake and mountain views – watch the sunrise, take a cold dip, or relax in the park next door. Bus and boat (to Bürkliplatz) right outside, train station, Coop, and Migros only 300 m away. Kilchberg–Main Station in 13 min, Bürkliplatz in 12 min by bus, Enge in 15 min by bike. Our boho-chic oasis: fully refurnished, warm, and cozy. Perfect for home office with two desks (one with panoramic view) and 2.5 Gbit/s internet. Fitness bench and weights on the balcony, TV (movable), bike for free use. Smart lamps dimmable in all colors. Small task: please water our plants. Pets on request, non-smokers only. Interested? If you stay for 15 days or more, you'll pay the full month's rent. All other full months are charged in full. To confirm your rental, you'll pay one month's rent in full. Any excess rent you pay for the first month will be subtracted from your next month's rent.
